Quick answers.
How long does a gift take?
Most take one to two weeks after you approve the quote. Urgent requests are possible, so tell us the date in your brief.
How does payment work?
We chat first. After you accept the quote you pay half as an advance, and the balance before delivery.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You approve a design preview before we finish, and we adjust until it feels right.
